Graduated in Data Processing Technology, with a postgraduate degree in Computer Networks and Distributed Systems. Holds a Master of Science in Information Technology and a PhD in Urban Management, with research focused on public policy and the development of a public intelligence model based on intelligent agents within the context of services in the Strategic Digital City (CDE).
Currently serves as the SOC (Security Operations Center) Manager at Under Protection, leading cybersecurity operations and strategic planning. Also works as a university professor at SENAC College, teaching subjects related to software engineering, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
